By accessing or using studio11proacademy.com, submitting an inquiry, attending a counselling session, or enrolling in a Studio11 Pro Academy course, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

You must be at least 16 years of age to enrol in our courses. Applicants under 18 require parental or guardian consent. You represent that all information you submit is true, accurate, current and complete, and that you will keep it updated.

• Enrolment is confirmed only on payment of the applicable fees in full or as per the agreed instalment schedule.
• All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Studio11 Pro Academy reserves the right to revise fees, batch schedules, faculty, and course content from time to time. Existing enrolled students will not be charged additional fees for revisions made mid-batch.
• Seats are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis subject to verification of eligibility.

• Before batch commencement: A written request for cancellation received at least 7 days before the scheduled batch start date is eligible for a refund of fees paid, minus a non-refundable administrative charge.
• After batch commencement: Fees paid are non-refundable once the batch has commenced. Students may, at the academy's discretion, be allowed to defer their seat to a later batch in case of medical or other emergencies, on submission of valid proof.
• Registration and material kit charges: Non-refundable in all cases.
• All refunds, when applicable, are processed within 14 working days to the original payment source.

• A minimum of 80% attendance is required to be eligible for final assessment and certification.
• Students must comply with the academy's dress code, hygiene standards, code of conduct and salon-floor safety protocols at all times.
• Plagiarism, cheating, harassment, theft, damage to property or any unprofessional behaviour may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of enrolment without refund.
• Certificates are issued after successful completion of the course and assessment by the Beauty & Wellness Sector Skill Council (B&WSSC) or the relevant certifying body.

We provide 100% placement assistance through our network of 110+ partner salons. Placement assistance is not a guarantee of employment. Final selection rests with the hiring salon and depends on the student's performance, conduct, interview outcomes and prevailing market conditions.

All content on the Studio11 Pro Academy website and in our courseware — including text, graphics, logos, images, video, audio, course manuals, lesson plans and software — is the property of Studio11 Pro Academy or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to upload harmful content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, or to interfere with its operation. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms.

The website may contain links to third-party websites (including partner salons and social platforms). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of such sites. Your use of those sites is at your own risk.

The website and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio11 Pro Academy, its directors, employees, franchisees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or enrolment in our courses. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Studio11 Pro Academy in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Studio11 Pro Academy and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your misuse of the website or our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website or our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
